This particular reiki attunement lasts between 30 and 60 minutes in which you meditate during the process. My part of the healing to activate the energy flow is about 5 minutes. It is strongly advisable for you to pick a time and day when you will have up to 60 minutes of uninterrupted time, so that you can let the energy flow for as long as it needs to flow. TURN OFF your ringer on your cell phones or home phones (if you can) and don't answer the doorbell. You will know when the energy has stopped flowing.
