The whole first part while in meditation with Goddess Maeve I laughed hysterically. I got the definite message of "losen up". Since laughing is a form of release, I definitely know I released a huge chunk of what I was holding on to. I also noticed Goddess Rhiannon lurking in the background-almost as if to watch over me. Then I was taken back in time to a man I was involved with around 1993. When he ended it, I was devistated. My friends said I did not smile for a whole year. During that time I was continually getting fibroid tumors and cysts, and I certainly was not in a good emotional place at that time. I did not date or get into an intimate relationship for 7 years after that. I didn't realize that it was still stuck in there.
